How a single account became a network
We learned the ad-account game the hard way โ by losing campaigns, pixels and revenue to sudden bans. So we built the system we wished existed, then opened it up to everyone else fighting the same fight.
Today TrustFactory connects advertisers, account suppliers and platform insiders into one network that keeps campaigns running when everyone else gets shut down.
One client, one problem
Our founder was running ads for a single DTC skincare brand that kept getting banned mid-scale. After landing a stable, whitelisted account through a contact, the brand 4ร'd in a quarter. Word spread fast.
From favor to service
Five, then fifteen, then forty advertisers asked for the same setup. We formalized onboarding, replacement guarantees and a support line โ and TrustFactory officially became a company.
Building the supply side
To keep accounts stable at scale, we built direct relationships with vetted account suppliers across the EU and US, plus our own aging and warm-up infrastructure.
Inside the platforms
We developed working relationships with Facebook (Meta) agency reps and Google account contacts โ giving clients real escalation paths, faster reviews and rep-backed accounts instead of guesswork.
A full advertising network
Today TrustFactory serves 600+ brands across Meta, Google, TikTok and native โ a connected network of customers, suppliers and insider relationships that keeps ROI compounding.
